Bought this from a friend who didn´t need it anymore.

I´ve never used the ts-9 and ts-808 tubescreamers, but I think it sounds very good.

I use it with very a very low gainsetting, and use it as a boost or make my "clean" sound more distinct.

This Ibanez AS 200 was made in 1980 and is still in great shape. It sounds woodier than my 335 and has a great feeling neck with an ebony fretboard. The body is also a bit smaller and lighter than my 335. Pickups are original Ibanez Super58. The Mechanics are not original but Schallers. The miniswitch near the output-jack does something to the neck-pickup but don't ask me what... I guess some splitting/out of phase thing or whatever. My new favorite Jazz-Axe :)

I usually split the signal after the H2O and sends the dry out to one amp, and the wet output through the rest of the fx and then into another amp. A W/D setup.

The board is powered by a 1-Spot and daisychains. Except for the dirt pedals which is powered by batteries.

A really heavy kind of bass overdrive.
Good for Metal, Hard Rock and so on...
It won't give you a tube-like overdrive to your bass sound, it's fare to heavy for that.
Even with the gain at 0 there is still a very large amont af drive in it.....

It's supposed to be a distortion pedal made exclusively for seven strings, but it's basically just a really artificial sounding fuzz. I don't have a seven string, but I thought I'd pick it up anyway, since the opportunity arose. Very bassy with very little definition. It's not totally useless, but it would probably sound a lot better with a bass than it does with a guitar, and it still just sounds artificial to me.

I'd modded the Metal Charger by removing D3, D4, D5, D6 from the circuit. Resulting in a more open sounding distortion with more volume than the original.
