The board is a T-Rex Tonetrunk, which was pretty cheap and works great.
My signal goes:
guitar -> Boss Ds-1 - EHX Big Muff Pi NYC - Behringer Tuner - Behringer EQ - Boss Cs-3 - Visual Sound H2O Chorus&Echo - Dunlop Crybaby - Line 6 Verbzilla -> Amp
There's also the Vox footswitch.

I actually run two lines out of the delay: one goes through the Crybaby and then into the Verbzilla, and one goes straight from the delay to the Verbzilla.
This way the wah doesn't get to dominating when on.

All my pedals. The board itself is just spray painted mdf with a couple doorstops screwed into the bottom to angle it. I left just enough room for a boss tuner to fit sideways next to the memory man.

My reverb pedal. It's great.
The only thing it is missing is reverse.
The setting I use the most is the "Cave" setting, for huge reverbs.
The Octo setting is great to, ,maybe a little cheesy, but it adds great color our music(I'm the only guitarplayer, and it helps us sounds fuller and bigger).
Great slapback delay too.

I usually split the signal after the H2O and sends the dry out to one amp, and the wet output through the rest of the fx and then into another amp. A W/D setup.

The board is powered by a 1-Spot and daisychains. Except for the dirt pedals which is powered by batteries.
